How to Recycle

Plastic's
  Plastic Bottles and Jugs and tubs
       #1 through #7
  No container exciding 3 gallons
  Rinse out carefully
  Throw caps and lids into trash
  Place in
Recycling Bin
  (No Microwave or Styrofoam containers or
  Plastic bags)

Glass
  Bottles and Jars Only
  Rinse out carefully
  Throw caps and lids into the trash
  Colors accepted are
  Clear, Brown, and/or Green

  Place in paper bag
  Place in
Recycling Bin
  (no window glass, cookware, or ceramics)
Aluminum Cans
  Beverage Containers
  Rinse out carefully
  Place in bag  (
Whole or Flattened)
  Can be mixed with tin cans
  Place in
Recycling Bin
Tin Cans
  Food Containers
  Rinse out carefully
  Remove labels and throw into trash
  Place in paper bag  (
Whole or Flattened)
  Place in
Recycling Bin

Corrugated Cardboard
  Flatten and Bundle together
         or
  Place in paper bag
  Cereal boxes remove all plastic

  No paper milk cartons
  Small amounts only

Mixed Paper / Magazines
  Newspaper & Junk Mail  
  Paper , Envelopes, & Brochures
  Place in paper bag  
  Magazines place in paper bag
  Must be Kept dry (
or recyclers can not take)        
  Place in
Recycling Bin

All recycling must be separated
We ask that all Recycling bins be out on curb by 7:00 am
